The Restaurant at Dick’s offers creative American fare. Nearly seven years old, and already a local favorite. Our hand rubbed Malbec-red and Sunflower-yellow walls lend a special ambiance to Las Vegas’s best kept secret. The rustic wooden beams were hand hewn and brought in specially for us at Dick’s. Abundant sunshine flows in from numerous sky-lights illuminating the entire restaurant. Vintage photos and mirrors add a quaint touch. The jeans-clad wait staff complete with bistro aprons and hip music in the background de-emphasize the cloth napkin aesthetic.
Our kitchen staff is constantly creating imaginative dishes that will tempt your taste buds for more. We have a great relationship with local farmers to serve up fresh, seasonal fare, and the menu changes seasonally, highlighting the
current harvest.
Must try menu items: Meatloaf from scratch with a bacon/green chile gravy, our barbecue ribs rubbed with our secret rub, slow cooked then lathered with our own Jack Daniel’s BBQ sauce, and our fish and chips-tempura battered mahi-mahi.
Desert Chile pistachios and Santa Fe’s Margarita and Dick’s is your friendly neighborhood bistro. Back in the day this was owned and managed by the Dick Elias Family. Dick’s (Liquor/Deli, Pub and Restaurant) is currently operating under the management/ownership
of Charlotte and Jonathan Moore. Over the past 20 years Dick’s has been ever-changing in an effort to please our customers. Dick’s has been locally owned by the Moore family since 1974 and has been around since 1940. Dick’s is actually four businesses in one great location.
